Opening Gate with No Power
In rare instances the development will lose power. It is the property owners responsibility to understand how to open the gate when the power is off. Please use these instructions to obtain the key and disengage the lock on the gate.
If your property is being used as a short or long term rental, it is still the owners responsibility to understand these instructions and to have someone local or your renter be able to follow these instructions to open the gate when there is no power.
Any damages to the gate caused by individuals not following these instructions will be billed for the damages and labor to repair the gate.
Setting Gate Remote Control
The sliding gate on Grants Mountain can be opened 3 different ways. The preferred method is with a visor mounted remote control, this remote (Multi-Code 308911) can be purchased over the internet. The remote must be programmed to work with our gate. There are ten small rocker switches located in the battery compartment that must be set to the proper sequence for our gate, see the following picture for the switch settings.
